Announcement - Club Kit

 

• Change of Kit Man - On behalf of the Club It should be recorded that a vote of thanks is extended to Mark for his outstanding efforts in running the procurement and provision of Club kit to all members over the years.  It's no mean feat and is a thankless task - says me with my front room covered in Red White and Blue and Heidi not knowing what a TriSuit is.... now where is the remote! - Thanks Mark, and personally .....any volunteers!
• The intensive kit recognition training will continue over the next few days/weeks/months and hopefully Heidi  I will be able give you all the same support that Mark has.   In order for me to do this I am going to need your input and feedback - how is the kit holding up (zips,tears,fading etc), sizing, fit, performance, what kit do you need etc. All comments etc please to me 'Damien Jones' - iamdamien@hotmail.co.uk or txt 07929 469458

 

CLUB KIT ORDER (25th August 2009)......ALL - After the resounding success of this years Ripon Triathlon the club is now in a position to place a significant Kit order. To that end I need as much feedback as possible in terms of what you require.  The range as it stands is quite extensive.  I am looking to order the following:

 

• TT Skinsuits - no requests to date.
• Running Vest - NYP colours to replace the Fastrax blue and White
• Ronhill Windproof Top, or equivelant - this will be a restock
• General Restock of existing from Cannibal
• Peaked headbands
• NYP Bib shorts
• NYP Leggings...tbc
• NYP Logo technical 'T' Shirt

 

I'm happy to spend money on kit, remember its your money, therefore your input/feedback is appreciated.

Aquasphere Update

 

Wetsuit News - Aquasphere have just launched a new range of wetsuits which are designed and manufactured in conjunction with Ironman suits. They will be as per the famous IM Brand but we have the opportunity to buy them at our discounted rates. I'm currently planning a pool test session for early February 2009 but details and suits are availale on request as of now. Posted 24/10/2008

FAST TRAN SUIT Â£55 or £25 first issue

 

Using the latest in fit and design the new 3D effect of graphics will make you look faster even before you enter the water. These new 3D graphics give you a style only known to Cannibal. This suit has a 30cm zip in the front for air control. With this suit we have had a number of changes for a better fit and in the back we have added Interpower Micro Mesh panels with mesh pockets on each side of the garment to give a easy entry to your supplements. We have added new Silicone Grip elastic for a soft fit around the legs. This suit is designed to give you a pro fit without over heating in a suit treated with silicone or other finish.  Mens Sizes small to XXLarge.

 

 

THERMOPILE JERSEY £35

 

Thermopile fabric is designed and made in Italy, is an excellent fabric for keeping the cyclist warm in the cool/cold months. An excellent fabric for holding the colour/design over a long period and doesn't hold odours which is a must when riding tight in a bunch. Open end zip and 3 back pockets.

 

RONHILL JACKETS

 

I have just purchased 15 more jackets due to demand. There are now plenty of mediums in stock for those with current orders in as well as Large and a few XL. Unfortunately we cannot currently get hold of any smalls. The new stock is currently being printed up at Wetherby Screen Print but should be available at the beginning of August.
